Tim McGuire Promotes to President & COO

It comes with great pleasure that I announce the promotion of Tim McGuire to the role of President & Chief Operating
Officer, effective immediately. Over the past four years as COO, Tim has played a critical role in strengthening
Ascent’s operations, improving productivity, reducing damage and rework and deepening the confidence our
customers place in us. Just as importantly, Tim has become a trusted leader across the organization and a key partner
to our customers, employees and shareholders.

In his expanded role, Tim will continue leading the day-to-day operational excellence of the business while assuming
responsibility for additional corporate functions, including Sales & Marketing, Contracts, and Finance over time.
These transitions will occur thoughtfully to ensure continuity for our teams, customers, and ongoing programs –
including our preparations for the first B777-300ER passenger-to-freighter modification.
After these responsibilities transition, Tim will oversee the day-to-day management of the Company, while I
increasingly focus on corporate strategy, growth initiatives, shareholder engagement, and positioning Ascent for long
term success.

For now, reporting structures remain unchanged, and we will communicate updates as transitions occur.

into this important leadership role. I have tremendous confidence in Tim and in what we will accomplish together as
we continue building the future of Ascent.
