Arizona Airpark Became Plane Refuge During COVID

Ascent Aviation Services was featured on FOX 10 Phoenix for its critical role at Pinal Airpark in Marana, Arizona, which became a global refuge for commercial aircraft during the COVID-19 pandemic. As travel demand plummeted and airlines grounded fleets, Pinal Airpark — the world’s largest commercial aircraft storage facility — saw flight arrivals more than double. Ascent’s crews supported hundreds of stored jets with storage readiness, preservation, and maintenance work, helping many aircraft return to service when travel rebounded.
